Thanda Scrubs

This past week, Kevin helped our friend Deby make the finishing touches on the Thanda Scrubs Web site.

Thanda Scrubs is a fair trade, not-for-profit company in the township of Masiphumelele, South Africa. Breaking cycles of poverty to bring restoration to HIV/AIDS, prostitution, baby dumping, lack of medical care and more. Thanda is the Xhosa word for "love." Your order is a partnership to end social injustices.

If you are in the medical field, or just like wearing scrubs, I highly recommend checking these scrubs out. Like a friend of mine said, "They are the same price as the Grey's Anatomy kind, plus they are doing good."

They are selling:
- Men's surgical scrubs [tops and bottoms]
- Women's surgical scrubs [tops and bottoms]
- Lab coats
- Surgical hats [designer, bun, and tie pixie]

Check out Thanda Scrubs, buy some, and pass along the link for others to purchase their scrubs.

  1. Surgical scrubs protect doctors and nurses. It is very useful for medical professionals.
