Read of the Day: Radical - Taking Back Your Faith From The American Dream by David Platt

I've been reading this book for a bit now and wrote this revelation in the page a few months ago:

"So often we say 'If only [insert famous name] loved God, imagine all they could do with their influence and platform!' But really, God could and maybe would say to that person, 'Get rid of it all and serve.' Could you imagine how the rest of the world would see that? Completely nuts I bet. But wouldn't that be closer to what God calls His followers to? Wouldn't that have more impact? I think so."
